In Short...

• Serians are mainly horse-like in appearance but are likely to have minor traits from other creatures.

• Serian herds are called "Circles" and must have at least 1 mare and 1 stallion, and no more than 4 mares and 4 stallions.

• First generation Serians come from one of eight Affinities, and have one word names, with few exceptions.

• There are three rare kinds of Serians: the Warriors, Elementals, and Rogues.  The Warriors excell at fighting, having little to do with magic, while the Elementals are exactly the opposite.  Rogues are the rarest form of Serian, excelling in both fighting and magic, and usually posessing very unique form or coloring, also.

• Holiday Elementals have unpredictable hidden traits that often show up in their offspring. (i.e. many of their offspring are Uniques) Only one Serian represents each holiday, so they are also in a way one of a kind.

• Uniques are Serians that have a VERY rare trait, so that only they and their offspring may posses it.  About one in three of their offspring inherit that trait.
