"Of course I know it's mud. I just thought it would be back farther." Stice lifted himself out of the mud, shaking and aiming most of the clodes at Saphire. He granted in satisfaction as one hit her chest.

"You guys wanna go in farther?"

She scowled at him, then took off at a gallop deeper into the cave, the clatter of her hooves echoing off the walls.

She kept going until she reached a dead end, the end of the cave. She searched around curiously, nudging rocks with her hooves.

The filly just smiled and nodded "Well I do" she then walked in deeper towards the cave looking around. She folded her wings to her side as her small hooves echoed every time they hit the ground.
She the watched Saphire and glanced around the dead end.

Stice watched as Saphire galloped off, then followed Spirit. When Saphire's hoofbeats stopped, he shouted, "Did you find anything?"

"Nope... Did you, Sherlock Holmes?" She replied, grinning like a fool. She rolled a rock over with her nose, and sqwealed. A centipede crawled out from beneath it, and SaphireSpin shuddered. "Stupid... Bugs..."

Spirit looked around and traveled back and forth from side to side looking for something "You know what would be awesome is if there was a rock here hidding a secert enterence to a different land, which we could keep secert from others" she kicked a small rock out of the way and glanced around again slicking her tail.
