Stray snorted and nodded at her question. That is true, I would not like to be trapped in an existence with someone who I couldn't respect...or trust for that matter, he admitted, flicking his mane from his forelock. That is definently better, being alone for life does seem like a horrible existence, especially if the companion is entertaining...in their own way, he chuckled. Quirks eh? Well, that certainly is one way of putting it I'm sure, he commented and nodded again. He remained silent for a moment, before mumbling quietly to himself. Shatter...I don't think I have had the pleasure of meeting him, Stray noted, barely audible.

Yes! You might give the wrong impression. Though I shouldn't have reacted the way I did. She looked at the ground and shifted her wait feeling a little embarrassed about her reaction. Yes, I would rather have an interesting and fun existence that to a boring and dull one. I don't think I have met Shatter yet? Does he come around much? Amber turned and looked up at Dawn, then she turned back to Stray. I to would really hate to have company I couldn't stand or couldn't respect either. I have the company of Peace and Crash. Amber sighed and shook her head thinking about Crash and how hard Kyra had tried to get them to get along and she just didn't want to. She looked out at the forest

Dawn shook her head in quiet amusement, glad that Stray had gotten the gist of her last sentence, and then turned to Amber. Not many people have had the pleasure of meeting Shatter, she shrugged. We tell him to get out, but then we rethink that and decide we don't want to let him loose on the world, she added with a snort. That time, she was kidding, but there were days when she wondered if he really ought to interact with others -- if not for their protection, for his own.

Tired of talking about Shatter [she could see him anytime she wanted!] Dawn turned curiously to Amber. Peace and Crash? she asked. I ... can't say I've met them, yet. She couldn't help but be almost ashamed of the fact that she knew so few of her own kind. Of course, there wasn't much she could do about it at that point in time, and, anyway, she was making a valiant effort by being where she was!

Stray turned to Amber and smiled reassuringly. No need to be embarrassed, better be careful than be to open, he mused and snorted. Tail flicked at his side as he chuckled at this deep statement. Don't listen to me though, saying I'm the one who surprised you anyway, Stray exclaimed and nodded his head. When he heard Crash's name come up, his ears flicked foreward; this was one of the only Serians he new, if just a little. Crash eh? And how is he doing. I'm afraid we weren't really introduced on our last meeting, he said thoughtfully. Peace though, I don't remember meeting her though, he realized, narrowing his eyes.

He then turned back to Dawn and shrugged. That's quite sad, I would've liked to meet him. He seems interesting, in a good way, he added, chuckling. Of course, I don't really know his character, so I'm not one to talk, Stray nodded, ears flicking behind him.

Amber turned her attention back to Stray. Crash is doing well, and for Peace she doesn't get out much. She likes just hanging out with Kyra. She thought for a minute about the Blue fish tailed mare. She really had tried to get her and Crash to get along. Peace is a fish tailed mare. That is why she doesn't come here much. If she does come around, she will be in a lake or river.

She shifted her wait to a more comfortable position. Then turned her attention to Dawn. Crash is a purple stallion that is also bonded to Kyra. He loves running through the waves of the sea. She flickered her ears back. Lately as she found that she was being very aware pf her surroundings.

Mm, Dawn said to Stray, her tone amused. Well, meet him, and then we'll see what you have to say.

Tired of talking about Shatter [Dawn could see him any day!] and glad that a new subject had come up, Dawn turned her attention to Amber. Well, they sound like lovely people to live with, she commented when Amber had finished. And I suppose they get along well, considering they're both so into swimming. Dawn didn't mind the water, herself, but when it came to swimming... well, she'd rather stay on land, thanks to bad experiences in her youth with a butterfly and a floating log.
