She simply smiled, too happy to speak, and followed him to the long, tender grasses. She could barely think from joy.. No words, no dance was needed while he was around. There was simply the pleasure of being around him. She could sit motionless for hours and be in utter peace, as long as he was near by.

As Pixie sat down in the sweet grasses he smiled through his thick lashes at her. He nibbled, wondering if he should tell her the secret behind this place or if he should give her more time. More time.... Go ahead... More time.... Go ahead.... Too many choices.

He looked up and smiled at her with a mouth full of grass, sure he looked silly but grinning anyways. He kept munching, lost in thought.

She tossed her main as a low chortle rumbled in her chest. There was no greater contentment for her, no greater joy than seeing him.

Even so, she was growing restless. It was not in her to simply lounge about this way.. She needed to work, to move. Typically Songhue would have her helping in clearing old logs or digging fallen trees out of shallow streams... She would be chasing the wolves back to their own lands and scolding the deer for mocking them with their games.

"It is lovely here.. And you look adorable, yes, I must note that as well."

Would they be traveling far and wide, or was this the only place he had wanted her to see.. If she was to stay here, she would have to find some way to busy herself.

But what did this say for them? For she and her mate.. It was not her nature to be still, for light was ever dancing, yet he was of the earth and trees.. How could he ever be truly happy with one as restless as she?

Such thoughts to be spinning through her mind.. Serious thoughts of things to come, things passed, hopes not yet realized and fears left unspoken.

Pixie looked at Path, a twinkle in his eyes. She was so cute. She looked restless though, like at any moment she was going to get up and bolt outta here. It worried him slightly, even though he knew she wouldn't leave him like that.

"Whats wrong sweetness? You look like you want to leave." He slid a little closer to her, if only to reasure himself that she wasnt going to leave.
