As he watched her come up out of the water he was in awe she just seemed to be in her natural place in the water. Then again to him water was fascinating because he had lived in a desert type of area. He watched her shake dry a couple of times then she headed over to him and asked him where he needed to be and if he wanted she could take him there. The way she said it made it seem like she would if only to be rid of him but he was terribly inconvenience. That fact alone made him want to turn around and run away but for some reason there was just something about her that made him want to stay. "That would be nice thank you. I'm supposed to be..." It took him a minute to remember but he finally did. "At the ‘Swan outlook Meadows'" He only hoped that she wouldn't be to rude to him on the way but he wasn't going to hold his breath.
Since you guys seem to like it so much I'll put two this time.
Rolling her eyes and taking a deep breath she decided to give up one morning to give this idiot some direction. Even though she always hated to be impatient and harsh she almost couldn't help it, it was something she had always been prone to and figured she had her parents to blame for that. They had always pushed her and her wants aside growing up, what they wanted always came first and foremost. She swore growing up that she would never be that way... mostly because she hated it and it was happening to her then... but it seemed like whatever you grew up with would rub off no matter how much you fought it. She could remember when she was at a crucial age when she needed to go be with other foals to socialize but her parents were "protective", so they said, and she always ended up going off alone and thinking or imagining some better life. That was when she had developed a love of water that had obviously carried with her. Oh well no sense dwelling on the past. "Fine if you possibly cant make it on your own I guess I'll take you." She inwardly scolded herself for being so cruel. One way or another she had to over come this. Man old habits really did die hard.
