OOC: Ok, well I dont know that this idea will work but on this story I'm leaving it open for anyone who wants to to join in as a friend of the main characters. I also left the names of the friends open so everything is up to you.
BIC: Aspen had it. She walked out the back door and slammed it shut. No one was going to tell her what to do, what to think, or who to be friends with. There was nothing wrong with her friends or what she did but her sister thought that there was. But then again her sister didn’t like anyone that she hung out with because they were taking Aspen’s attention away from being Kelsey’s (her older sister) slave. All her life she had done exactly what Kelsey told her, had thought what she told her to think and had bent over backwards to please her. But now she was done. It was time for her to move on and be her own person. She walked to the field where her horse was, munching on a few bits of grass here and there. As he heard her he trotted over to the fence and nudged the tears on her face away. “Starlight, what are we going to do?” She whispered and he looked out towards the forest. “We cant just leave, what if we get hurt? I couldn’t loose you.” Starlight was her 4 year old buttermilk buckskin paint and her prize possession. She sat on the top rail of the fence thinking about what would happen to them if they ran away. The sheriff in town could get a posse together and come looking for her but the only time he ever bothered to get a posse was when the bank had been robbed, or there was a reward posted and surely Kelsey wouldn’t put up a reward for her. After a few more minutes of thought she saddled and mounted Starlight. “Ok boy, here we go.” She stroked his neck as she urged him forward into the woods and thought to herself ‘with any luck, no one will even notice I’m gone for a while.’ And off they went.
