Woah, you weren't exaggerating - she really is awe inspiring, I especially love that rottweiler portrait. Some day (read: two years from now) if I get a little extra cash (read: no longer threatening to have an empty bank account if I do Anything) I may commission her for a portrait of my dog; she has a great style, soft yet realistic.

Picking those up again this month is the plan - sculptor is in school so progress will be slow and sporadic, and I'm also severely short on cash, but we have a 'credit' situation worked out where I can simply feed her cash as I get it and as I pay off one she'll start the next. I think the first one to start in this system is going to be Eternal... I keep wanting to say Nova but honestly, I'm still not clear on what sort of color pattern she'd have. Still a bit fuzzy on Breeze as well - he has a slight shift in shading on his yellow tones currently. Plus I've no idea if the white in the wing would stay as a color shift or if he simply has shiny feathers. XD

The rest is completely done - the bases are fully finished and everyone that's been completed already are good to go, though she hasn't taken updated pics yet due to her runabout schedule. From here on out we're going to focus just on the horses and then slowly add in the bases as they take the longest anyway.

It'd be neat to see the necklaces. :) I think by the time I want to pay a good price for a bit of art again I may have the puppy I want to get, and I can get her to do a portrait of my old fella with the new guy he helps pick out - if all goes as planned, at any rate. I considered this gal for a little while - http://artsanddogs.daportfolio.com/ she's absolutely marvelous on some of her detailed works. But she was asking $600. Far too steep for me!
