Her voice trails off and she realizes she has A)made more of the comment than ever intended and B)totally destroyed any sense of compliment. Her nostrils flare for a split-second, a definite sign of annoyance.
She grins wryly at his question. "I was wondering how long it would take you to ask... Yes and no. The keeper of the realm I am currently in holds many strange talents, among one of them bringing to life her stories. So I have seen them, but not seen them. I am unsure if they have been played out before me, or played out around me, or if she is only projecting them into my mind," she pauses. "Actually, for all I know, she has taken me there for split seconds and I actually have seen them."
This second idea seems to take her by surprise, like she has never realised it was a possibility before now; it had never crossed her mind. Something that might be feelings of betrayal surface for a second, but like the flick of a switch, are gone.
She eyes the third Serian again. "Indeed, quiet," her tone changes. "I can't say I would know how he got his name, either," referencing the earlier conversation.
Her tail had stopped flicking for a moment, and then began again. It was a rather cat-like gesture, and she nor anyone else knew where the habit came from. Flick, flick... flick, flick.
