Looking for RP partner(s)

So, I'm new here, and I was looking for a rp partner to start me off. I also play Digis, for those of you who are also there and want to see my cottage, ask and I'll give you a link to it. Um... Can't really think of anything else that needs to be put into this introduction, so I'll skip onto my list of what you should know about me.

About Me:
-I'm pretty busy, but I'll definitely try to post once a week at least, and if for whatever reason I can't, I'll let you know.
-I can't do romance. >.< Unless you want to teach me, I just... have no romantic skills. I can do most everything else, though.
-I like literacy.
-Essentially all of my characters are on digis, so I was going to focus on making a new one for this site.
-If you're interested in any of these, I'd like it if we could talk about possible plot twists, ideas, ect. before starting. I find it helps. A lot. Also, it would be nice to have a couple NPCs that we can both control, in case someone needs to die/something needs to happen to move the plot along.
-I prefer small group rps, which is why I posted this. Especially as I don't know anyone yet, more than two people would probably intimidate me.

Plot Ideas:

1. Magical species dying out due to human expansion. All sorts of mythical creatures, such as gryphons, phoenixes, unicorns, dragons, ect. We'll have to talk it out a bit, to make sure we are on the same page when it comes to species and abilities. (One species can't be bigger, stronger, more powerful, faster, and overall just MORE-and even the mythical creatures may not know about every other kind, there are exceptions among species, ect.) A quest of sorts could come about, a few creatures defying the fae court to try and prevent human expansion. Defeat a magician or something? Or maybe they need to find a new place to live, or are trying to survive in a suburban area.

2. Modern day humans find a magic creature, such as a unicorn/gryphon/ect. Could be caught in a hunter's trap or otherwise injured, and they have to take care of it. Dragon egg? If young, they get to keep it secret from parents. If older, they have to hide it from friends, neighbors, ect. When found out, they have to... do something, maybe find a place to release it. Could be chased by other humans wishing to use it to get rich; wizard or someone powerful who wants it for it's magical properties; other mythical beings who want the creature dead. Such as goblins wanting to take a unicorn's horn, or to prevent their old enemy from getting away, or something.

3. No magic. An animal (such as a cat) had its young stolen and is going to go retrieve it. Sort of like Homeward Bound, a normally domestic animal would have to leave its family and travel across the wild, following clues to get back it's young. Maybe the creature heard its humans talking about where it sent the young, and it knows relatively where that is. It would meet plenty of feral animals, and as it went further into the wilderness, wild creatures such as deer, wildcats, bears, ect.

Post here or message me if any of these sound interesting! ^^ I might add more plot ideas as I think of them.

^^ Your ideas sound fun! Firstly, though, I think you should mosey on over to the Foothills. There's a "persona characteristics" thread there where you can come up with one or more characters you'll be playing. A post there can be updated and changed as you go, but it kind of gives you something to start with.

I looked at that thread (as well as several open rps, but I didn't see anything that didn't look like it required a fully fleshed out character) but as of right now I don't even know a gender of my 'persona'. Female is easier for me, yet my male characters tend to do better in rps and such. :| I could be a genderless chameleon humanoid, but that wouldn't have much detail.

That would be something new and fun for the sight :) But I agree with the foothills, thats really the best place to get started since its for personas and you can get a good feel for here before you get your serian. Even if you want to use one of your other personas till you get one figured out. I wouldnt worry too much about the humonoid aspect, most of the people I RP with have many forms so it wouldnt be anything new to RP with a non humanoid. If your game you could start a thread in the foothills and I would come join, I too post about once a week. Let me know..

I would post with you or you can post in mine. I'm typically a spontaneous poster but enjoy set plots as well. When on an RP kick I can post multiple times a week or slow down to meet the groups pace.
