About Spammers

I just wanted to let everyone know that I just installed a fairly vicious anti-spam plugin for the forums... please let me know if it's annoying, hopefully you guys won't even know it's there! I hope this thing will stop all the random people from coming in and posting what they've been posting, but I also don't want to keep out legit adopters ^^;

Also, let me know if the installation broke anything. I did some quick testing and it looks like everything works fine, but I might have missed something.

Holy cow! If you havent seen the amount of spamming going on in the fields you might want to pop over. (On a side note I about died laughing when I saw it )

Ah, those were... interesting. I've tightened up the rules a bit more, added a few more phrases like "birth control" to the spam words filter (won't let you post if your post contains those words). Let me know if it's too harsh and stopping you from making a legit post ^^

We'll still get some spammers, but hopefully I can keep refining the list to keep out the majority of the spam posts.
